Many changes are taking place in Rijnhaven, transforming it from a harbor into a new part of the city, including a park and urban beach. Café DOX, the living room of Kop van Zuid, is a part of this evolving environment. They’ve asked us to curate the best artists to create some window art!
Three well-known Rotterdam street artists – Florian Baltus, Naomi King and Florian Baltus – started working with one question in mind: How can Café DOX become the ultimate meeting place in this ever-changing and slightly raw environment? Their interpretation of the stories collected so far can be seen on the windows and walls of Café DOX. Bijdevleet, who painted at one of our previous festival editions, did some signing also. Take a look at the paintings and lets create a beautiful new part of the city at Cafe DOX!
