ALL CAPS focuses on the street art-scene in special program ‘INSIGHT’

Posted by Bowie van Loon , 9 augustus 2022

From the moment the artists start working with their intervention art and murals, there is a lot to experience. Every day you can go out and see the artists at work, solo or with one of our guided tours. Under the title INSIGHT, ALL CAPS will focus on stakeholders and artists in the field of street art. But everybody is welcome to visit! There is a different theme every day. Register for the free day program down below!

Besides the fact that Rotterdam’s own Jelmer Noordeman will paint a mural (!) at our 2022 festival, he will also show you his video art.
BIG BROBOT ON TOUR – BER-RDM: TOYS, COLLECTIBLES, BOOKS & GIFTS

Berlin shop will come over with special collector’s items.
ALL CAPS MERCHANDISE

New name, still no gimmicks. We’re going level up this year…
CROSS COMIX x ALL CAPS
Cross Comix & ALL CAPS are joining forces. In the run-up to the Cross Comix festival on September 23 and 24, there will be an artist in residence spot in the ALL CAPS headquarters. As a taste of Cross Comix, the one and only festival of visual storytelling, this year’s theme is ‘stories from the city and beyond’; cartoonists, illustrators and comic artists will respond to their environment and tell their personal story in images and drawings.
DUTCH GRAFFITI LIBRARY
During All CAPS, Dutch Graffiti Library will set up a small pop-up exhibition called About Graffiti Culture. On display are images and objects that arose from the graffiti culture of the 80s and 90s. The exhibition shows that graffiti is the foundation of the street art movement of today.
INDOOR MURAL: Arno A.
As one of the first Dutch graffiti artists in the 1980s, the artist Arno A. can be described as one of the founders of Dutch graffiti. More than 40 years later, Arno still regularly works in public space, but in his studio he studies shapes and colors that transcend the traditional lettering.
